The keys have been send out yesterday/today by the 7 Days to die employees. When you get a key you have full access to the game in the Alpha, beta and final stage.

You need to put in into the page as said in the thread. You will receive the key and a page from the 7 days to die website where you can fill in your key and get your download link.
