PS4 and Xbox one hacking/discussion section

i was just wondering why there is no PS4 and Xbox one hacking/discussion section i personally think it would be a good idea but i'm just wondering your thoughts on this why and why not to have a section such as this and i know the PS3 and Xbox section is full of complete Nubs asking the most retarded questions
