    VMware window xp doesnt have internet connection

    im using desktop win8. ,my computer doesnt have wifi so i have to use the wire to get the internet but im having internet on my computer right now but my win xp in VMware said "it is unplugged". is there anyway i can enable the internet on my Vmware ?

    go into your vmware settings.

    I read this from another forum to try and get you a good solid answer unlike others on this thread.

    "1. Open VMware Player. On the left column, single-click on the machine you want to enable internet on (it should become highlighted with blue).

    2. On the blue VMware bar, press Virtual Machine > Virtual Machine Settings.

    3. On the left column, click on Network Adapter. Then under Network connection, change Bridged to NAT. Click OK.

    Now boot-up into the machine and the internet should work now."
