How to activate my menu ingame??? Please help

Ok guys, I havent been hacking in a while now but I recently just started. Anyways I have the loader and the menu named Menu.sqf
On the file of the loader I put
45=Menu.sqf; Default script bound to INSERT key Scripts
AAH=0 ; Anti Anti Hacks feature
ScanBE=1 ; Runtime Battleye scanning feature

But for some reason when I press insert ingame it doesnt work?

Will only work on certain mods my friend

Dependent on the mod you play and how well your bypass is set up.
