At least for me, this doesn't happen in solo-que very often. That is, to get a team cooperative enough to make a play. Dunno, thought it was pretty cool, might as well share it.

Not bad. I like to offer my teammates my TeamSpeak server IP in Champion Select to add a little more coordination if people are willing. Of course, in lower elos people aren't going to know what that is. As you climb, more people will be willing. Coordination makes it so much easier.
