I already made a "Dage's Winter is Coming" bot long time ago. Just click on the link in my sig.
About the skill set, you can easily do it by yourself. Just open the skill tab, delete the actual skills and choose the ones that you want from DBSK.

Man, it would be a pain to help you using .dmbot files. It would be almost like a .dmbot file for each quest in the storyline.
I advice you to make the quests by your own, because i don't think that anyone will do this.

Other: Have the bot work so that so won't leave like Bludrut until you have Broken Blade, and the same at Portalundead with the Charred Skulls, as they both aren't guaranteed drops. This isn't essential although it would be helpful, thank you in advance regardless

Only a developer can help you. We don't have that option on any "bot mananger". Have you found any Endurance Test bot here already?
