Need my Steam account recovered.

My Steam account was hacked about 2 weeks ago, and it had 131 games on it and I created it YEARS ago. I sent a ticket to Steam, and they still haven't responded. The hacker has changed the email and the password. If there's anybody who can get me my account back, I will compensate them with a gift copy of Saints Row 4 for Steam.

Kinda hard because he changed the email thats mean if you try to recover by using your security answer he will know it.

Ill tell you exactly how to do it.
All you have to do is send STEAM a copy/screenshot of a game that you bought(the email receipt) and they WILL reverse it back to your ownership after they have seen it. I have had this exact problem where they guy changed ALL MY INFORMATION, and i sent steam a ticket containing a few games that were on the account and they recovered it for me.

They reply as soon as they see it, which depends on how many tickets they have received and how many people they have answering the tickets.
You werent joking about SR4 were you?
