Seems legit :P could've just put random info into skype and had a friend vouch for him >< your vouch is from a non-trusted leecher with not even 1k posts @_@ lol
Those purchases don't prove that he used those CC's to buy them and seems like most of the important stuff that we need to see as a vouch is cropped out. Might want to get a new voucher for this.
