Your friend is most likely getting 57475 errors, she will have to use Kendos tool or my tool to reset her self. Sorry but that's the only fix. Here is a link to both

It works.
It's not my problem.
I can run it properly on 17" screen..so what's the problem ?

They should apply automatically when you write desired value..
