Currently watching season 3. Can't believe I didn't watch this when it was airing when it's my favorite anime.

It's been a while since I've watched it. I watched season 1 and 2 and they were really good, but season 3 doesn't have the same feeling but it's pretty good.

As a hardcore fan, I find all the seasons to be great. I know I haven't finished Season 3 yet, but it's still looking incredible so far.

Eh. Kind of "average" action magical romance. Sort of like a mix between Nanoha and Zero no Tsukiama.

Personally i couldn't stand much of it. The animation is pretty "meh" with the character models being the biggest letdown, the action being well, the same it always is in these series.(on par with every other generic magical action show I guess).

The story is of course HS-romance-action, so there's that. nothing too "epic" or adventurous. The romance part isn't too interesting, I think its because the show keeps trying to be either generic magic action or generic, which makes the action somewhat predictable in the power-rangers sense(bad guy comes, gets defeated, repeat ad naseum).

If you could stand this show I'd reccommend: Nanoha(old) or Magi(recent)


Nanoha is a classic, but still pretty damn good.

Magi is actually pretty interesting.


And if you want to stay in the same kind of 'generic magic' genre, there is Kiba still.

Shalugan no Shana seems very good because every review I saw didnt say anything bad (not really bad stuff you get it) and many reccomended it to me, so I'll put it into the list.

That may be true but there are people I know, like my brother for example. He has only watched the first episode which explains a little of the story and he claims that it's shit. I personally loved the entire anime even though I haven't finished Season 3.

I honestly love season 1 and 2 but season 3 is just not my cup of tea.

Season 3 has something unexpected planned, which is why some people didn't like it. Most people expected something clique or of the obvious which is why Seasons 1 and 2 were the only ones they had enjoyed the most out of the 3 seasons.

Demon King's an okay watch, the ending was a bit... ugh.
