If I use Steam Family share to share my games with another account, will the main account also get Cheater tag if caught using the hacks?

my anti-virus soft where is telling me the the iphlpapi.dll is unsafe and instantly deletes the file, is this a separate link witch i mistakenly clicked while looking for the correct link to the iphlpapi.dll, or does my anti-virus soft mistaking the file for something is is not.
