Is it even possible to get an account unbanned?

so i got an account banned, wasn't even mine, so far my chat with the people at Even Balance has been rather pointless, the reasion for my ban was ">PBSV: VIOLATION (AIMBOT) #50759"

since the account was compromised, would i be able to bullshit my way out of this ban?

all i did was try to use a paid cheat from another site which happened to be detected at the time, and i was first to find this out , were i was a tech mod on(this was about 6 months ago)

apart from the one attempt at loading a hack, i never hacked on the account it self, i only got it about 3 levels, from what it was at when i obtained it...

also, will it stop me from playing BF4 on it?

Its not possible to get an account unbanned but there is a way to bypass pb and join pb servers even if you are banned. The problem is you would either have to pay for such a hack or be a very experienced programmer and possibly know a lot about exploiting server databases. I have tried and seen such a hack in action and it works.

I asked DICE about the BF4/Battlelog ban.
You will be able to play the game with all features.
It will only maintain for your BF3 account.

If you're interested in not getting banned and being able to use that excuse, make sure you play under a VPN or Proxy and change all of your account information to something ridiculously different BEFORE you hack so that you can say your account was compromised. Otherwise, they know damn well where you logged in from and who was using your account when.
