You know what they say about people who ASSuME. I'm here and I've never used a hack from this site ;p I was perma-banned was for calling Z8 staff a bunch of useless douchebags. 5-6 month's month's later I sent in a few support tickets and got unbanned ;p

I still cant give advice because you STILL HAVEN'T TOLD ME HOW YOU WHERE PERMA-BANNED. But let's go on the assumption it was hacks.

Support ticket and straight out ask them. Tell them IN YOUR OWN WORDS that you realized you completely fucked up and that your a complete dickhead for bringing hacks into there game, But you where curious. Every game that you payed in has had hackers and that you where sick of them having the upper hand. That you where just a lil intrigued, Interested in what it was. That it was your first time using hack's and you lost your lovely account. That you are upset and your are going to quit. Tell them that you are willing to pay a "Fine" for doing the wrong thing and that in banning your account, they will just loose another source of income.

You need to use your brain on this one. It's truly the hardest thing to do vis support tickets and it need's to be worded perfectly to woo and sway the admin viewing your support ticket. Good luck man.
