No such thing as elo hell

elo hell does exist in League of Legends but sometimes it depends on your luck on "anti-trollers" [...]. By luck on "anti-trollers", i mean that how often you happened to be placed in a team with no trollers.

Then it means Diamond/Plat Divisions are also in ELO Hell since trolls are everywhere.

Well, elo hell does exist in League of Legends but sometimes it depends on your luck on "anti-trollers" and how good you play. By luck on "anti-trollers", i mean that how often you happened to be placed in a team with no trollers. For example , if you were to be placed in Bronze because you did badly during your provisional matches but you had lots of "anti-trollers" luck , you will be able to get out of Bronze in no time. However if your skills are average compared to others or in other words, almost the same level , most of the time , you miraculously happen be the one with no "anti-trollers" luck at all and there is nothing you can do to prevent these game spoilers from ruining the game but you can just play well and you will be out of elo hell soon..fortunately...

But but why is it when I was in Bronze 3 I had trouble getting out of Bronze but when I created an alt and was placed in Silver 3, I was able to rise in Silver?

This is because silver and bronze aren't that different.
You might belong in like silver 3 when you are bronze 3, but this difference isn't big enough for you to carry a complete team.
But if you actually do belong in silver 3 you indeed will get there. You might just have luck in silver, or bad luck in bronze either win in the end you should and will end up the same.

Always play to improve yourself, don't think you belong higher but think you'll have to practice to get higher.
What a lot of people tend to forget in this game is that you will most likely not be able to change your teammates, just change yourself!
