CrossFire V-Sync ON ?

i have just bought a new PC Specs.:

CPU : i5-3570
Board: B75.M gigabyte
RAM : G.Skill 2x4 Gb 1600
GPU : GTX 760 Gigabyte
PSW : Seasonic Eco 500
Case : NZXT 921RB Guardian

while i am playing CrossFire i noticed that the screen "Cutting" i know this thing is about V-Sync ON/OFF
so i used my NVIDIA Control Panel and turned V-Sync ON for CrossFire ,
now my FPS Limited to 60.
that's no problem if the game works good , but it doesn't ,
sometimes i feel a little bit lag like it down to "58 ~ 60" when it goes down and up again it does lag , the game is not flexible. !

If it was really 60 you would have no lag at all, 60 is perfect FPS. Your computer should be able to run cf at like 150 FPS. It's most likely your internet connection.

can you help me with this :

my problem with games is when for example , Battlefield 3 game
all settings are ultra , when i move my mouse to look around and moving by the character in the same time , i feel a little bit laggy , i don't know why,
and saint row v too , it's very good at ultra settings 1920x1080 , but for example , when i am moving fast by a car and drift left , it lag a little bit

How do you feel lag with 60 FPS? I only get 20 and I barely notice the lag.
