Help with New Club555's Git Hub Server

I Recently Added A New Item To My Server When I Get An Error Completely Unrelated!
My wServer Says The Client Connected But The Client Is Still On Connecting To Private Server...Connected! Then It Stays Like That.
This Was The Error On Visual Studio Please Help!
