16.5.0 Lag-less cleint.. but not the normal one..

Hi. I have a bad internet connection and my geographical position isn't in my favor, so, I would like it of someone could make a cleint that only shows things to do with me and enemies. For instance, it wouldn't show how much HP they received from a heal, or when a necro uses its special ability in a train and everything goes white for a bit. It also wont show the particles from when a wizard uses its special ability and the particles rebound off objects.
You get the point.
It would be even better if it was a mod-selector.
