and when i run the multiplayer and try to connect to the multiplayer server's
its say me not updated some one can help me? i didnt buy the game...

You really expected to play legit multiplayer without buying the game? Wow, just wow...
Your MW3 game most likely came with a modded client, from either FourDeltaOne or TeknoGods. It's basically a hack to play the game on their own servers, rather than the official legit ones.
