    Free virus/malware remover?

    ive been doing alot of active downloading from mpgh and my antivirus recently expired... so i tried out this free scan of my PC and it found 11 threats on a high level risk... when i tried to delete them it gave me this registering shit that makes me pay for the service. Are there any trial virus removers around?

    dude wth you on about avast the better than avg and isnt a cpu eater.
    SpyBot S&D is very good.

    I have been using avast for years and have never got a virus it couldnt find or delete.

    same with SpyBot S&D been using for years, ok I have got spyware ect but when I run a test to find them it finds everything!
