A signature I made, this time in gif format. In two speeds.

Nope. Not at all.
What I did was, making a gradient as background (5 of them) fitting render, back image, nebula layer, lighting, blurred and sharpened some parts, applyied image 6 times into 6 diferent layers and took two of the layers (after applying image) and put a black layer on top with different opacities (10, 20 ,30 40, 50 ... 100%) for those two (chose the white and the purple ones) and used a software to compile into a gif.

Please dont say I just threw filters at it because there are none in this image.

I like it but very gradianty. Not that smooth. I'd suggest making sure each layer is smooth and HD

Good suggestion, but the oversharpened layer was intentional, I liked it that way

Looks terrible tbh, YOu over sharpened the shit out of it..which then makes it all pixelated and very LQ

if you didn't do that, and it looked smoothe, this would be good.

Yeah I was expecting that to be the main point you pointed out.

4/10 your image is Low Quality, and Got just changing colors
Get some nice Animated Brushes and make like a Gun shot animeted Sig

you could also just have that effect affect the background while leaving the render (girl) and text normal. you'll just have to play with it
