HELP moving avatar

can some1 explain to me how to upload a moving avatar for my acount

Find a GIF that is 150x150 or smaller. If you let MPGH resize the gif the animation will be messed up.
Example of a picture you can use

Must have a .gif picture and must be your avatar size or else it won't work. Just like posted above me.

Idk how to make one but what you need a program or something to do it for you like Super never tried it but will once I find a good picture.

The avatar has to be the same size as your group avatar size and it has to be smaller than the maximum file size.

You can use gif hosting websites, photoshop and other types of programs to make gif files.

I'm pretty sure that it's hard to make a GIF Image in Photoshop.. You need to do it layer by layer, and sometimes it doesn't even make a gif. (It doesn't move)
And anyways, Photoshop is used for making pictures anyways. Not gifs.
