    how to get sword of caladbolg without spent 200AC for altar of caladbolg...can we just go to friend house and click his altar?

    No, you can only get the Caladbolg quest if you own the altar.
    The possible different number of items to get on a treasure chest is near 120. So if you have a key, your chance to get it will be 1/120.
