How to get rid of the white background?

This white background is annoying as hell to me, any way to get rid of it?

On your avatar?
Put the picture in photoshop, select the white pixels, delete them, make sure background layer isn't visible.
When saving, use save for web, much better quality, make sure "Save Transparent Pixels" or something like that is checked off.
OR, you can just go in photoshop, remove the white pixels, and replace them with the light blue that is in the background on mpgh
