It is possible that you are banned from MW3 but banned from steam using this? Impossible. Steam will not perma-ban a user that is banned in a non-source game or a user that pays money for game for that matter. Most games now cannot be played without Steam. So I really doubt that steam will prevent you from playing video games.

They need your money to survive! xD

Just start the trainer as admin & check "Disable Cheat Kick" checkbox.
