NAT is open? if so, maybe your Internet connection is not fast enough or you might need to open some ports for MW3.

It doesn't work on Tekno because it uses dedicated servers..

When I try to dl it it always automatically pauses at 2mb and I can't resume it.

There are more people who are having the same problem as me so I'm glad that it's not just my internet/computer.
