The "camera obscura" wasn't invented or even built by Ibn al-Haytham. He basically just added to a theory already made by the greeks/chinese.
Abbas Ibn Firnas didn't do anything special. He supposedly tried to fly, but mankind has had several thousand attempts before him, and we have no proof that he did try this.
Abu al-Qasim Khalaf ibn al-Abbas Al-Zahraw didn't invent scalpels or stitches. He invented many tools, useful for the medical field, but giving him credit for scalpels and stitching? No.
