What he meant is a screenshot cleaner, not a PB bypass.
If there would be a PB bypass you could have been using chevyyy's old hacks or the first ever public BF3 ever made without being banned.
There is no such thing created that disables PB.
Also, if you don't have PB running you will be kicked automaticly.


Back on topic: Some people say that this looks familiar with an ESP from chevyyy, don't know myself what it looks like but this probably is a copy-paste-and-edit-some-stuff-hack.
