I have only played Smite and i guess i liked it, i just didn't really understand what i had to do most the time and always died lol

Try LoL. It's simplistic and user-friendly however, the community is toxic. Dota is more of a complex game and more of a competitive than enjoyable game.

Fanboy? I have well over 1200 wins and 700 loses. I think I'm much past "fanboy". I've tried LoL BEFORE, and honestly, it's terrible. SMITE is in the 3rd person (meaning it's easier), every skill is a skillshot, and it's growing in the competitive scene. I also was offered to be sponsored 2 months back, but due to school, I was unable to take the offer, and I'm trying to get back into the competitive scene as we're speaking.

I think I'm pretty good, at least decent enough to practice with some big boys, but it just is hard to get sponsored, or to get on a team that is already in the scene because their team is generally already picked out. I could possibly be a backup for some competitive teams, and that's how I'll get in, but right now all I'm doing is playing in ranked to raise my elo.

It's hard because the teams are get are terrible, and if I don't carry or someone else doesn't, then we lose.

You could start up a team with a few good people you know or some friends and go competitive for next season or the next big tournament.
