iSnipe 3 mod edit

Hello, im new here i will explain this as good as i can..
i need for someone to edit: iSnipe 3 Mod

1. Remove current killstreaks
2. Add Barrett .50 cal (like a killstreak or something else)
3. Remove throwing knife
4. Add perks: Sleight of hand, Stopping power, Steady aim .

because i dont understand how to do it myself so i would like if someone could do it.

This would no longer be iSnipe. The TK aswell. And those perks are already present.

oh but how to change player skins because all is in ghillie i want something like more visible

in isnipe 3 nuke version , its in different skins not only in ghillie

please somebody do or tell me how to do it; change throwing knife to tactical insert , change ghillie to something another , and remove killstreaks leaving knife disabled.

what type of isnipe it ll be with tact insert, go to class.gsc and replace throwing knife with tact ins weapon dvar, it ll change TK to tact
