So far, every time I've tried to play CF, i go to alpha, then click on a channel, then bam... Freeze, and DC... Every damn time..

I can already tell why.

See those 5 little bars at the bottom right. That's your internet connection. If it has that * sign, it means you lost your connection and internet access.

Either that, or try defragging CF with Razer Game Boosters defragment.

^ this or there is an CF fail , about that you should reinstall your crossfire / contact z8 and see if they can help you with this issue!
