it's called Karyldtf shaders, will make shadows look like Borderlands game but the green character its a simple bug from the game

if you can get your game to look like this, then you can make aimbots super easy. just get it to track red or green colours. are we 100% sure its a bug from the game or we can get a shader to do this?

The green part of the person is a graphic bug with the NVIDIAs patch. And the shaders are the called borderlands shader but sadly all downloads and threads were removed since around 50 people got banned each year because of using it. And don't forget dots between www and mpgh, and between mpgh and net
