[Help] Noob Question on Modding

Guys i actually have no idea how to mod the inners. Ive tried downloading winnsi.dll and just putting it the folder but nothing happens. I dont want the nude mods, i just want to modify the crappy default inner to something else. Can someone point me in the right direction? I havent been able to find a guide that actually tells me exactly what to name the files/what files i need etc... Btw i am running it through steam so im not sure if that changes anything.

no idea but im having a really hard time finding a dll swapper which seems to be required...

it is not that simple. Maybe what you read is about a few years ago when the game was more easier to be hacked. Now the real method to use mod is to modify the hfs files and no one is updating the new hfs file information, which means it costs long time to find out which file is which every time the game updates. So, maybe just pay nexon if you really like the game.

I dont know how to mod too now. I am not a game programmer. Maybe someone is working on hack or all of them gave up because the game runs out of players. Nexon is even giving out ap these days to keep players.
