Hi Guys I tried many times to get my account back.
With my Paysafecard Transaction Id . But They say they cannt use that why???
It says not my account but its obvously my account. I bought 4x times 50$ Paysafecard.
i have all the Transaction Ids for them.
I changed my e-mail to a new one and they banned it...

Sure sure Ae :/ I got all my Transaction Id / + Email Confirmation email that i Own it
Now I think I understand better.
There isn't anything you can do other than contact AE again, with proof that you own the accounts ORIGINAL and NEW email.
On top of that, include the transaction ID's. That way they can't say you haven't given enough evidence :P
It's strange that they haven't recovered your account yet.... but after all they're just really lazy xD
My advice: Keep contacting them with the evidence explaining the situation until you eventually reach someone who can be bothered to actually help you, rather than give you a lame automated response xD
