Techniques for getting caught with a trainer (C++)?

Techniques for *NOT getting caught!

I created a trainer in C++ for 99999 health and ammo for Assault Cube (just for testing purposes).
Now that it finally works, I know that it is very easy to get caught with hacks.
How would one make a hack less detectable?
Do I change something in the code?
I am really not sure what to do now and just need some direction.

You cant use Health and Ammo hack in multiplayer.And assaultcube is poor and doesnt have AntiCheat function in-game,I have tested that out with my rapid fire hack.
