Don't think of me as a idiot but a year ago I bought a HP Computer at Best-buy not really knowing the situation on building one.
Its a HP-P7-1234
I know the Specs and so forth Im just wondering.

What can I do with it to enhance my gaming experience?

Alright, first of all, it's running off of a MicroATX mobo, which sort of cuts down on your upgrade potentional. Plus, the pre-installed motherboard is a pile of shit...I wouldn't even use it for beer coaster. I'd suggest getting a brand new ATX form factor motherboard with an AM3+ socket on it. You can get some great cheap ones for around $50-100.

The case, (while still obviously not having the best airflow), should definitely be kept for any upgrades. It's an ATX as well, so you have plenty of room for upgrades.

That CPU isn't too slow, but it's not really too fast either. Pick up an FX series if you can.

That GPU DEFINITELY needs an upgrade. Pick up either a 7000 series Radeon or a 600 Series GTX.

Alright. Thanks guys. I actually sold it not to long ago for 300 and I currently hold 500 in savings for the new parts if I could see that the Pavillion was worth it. Lol.

ok its going to be an AMD machine that costs right now about 850$..but i didn't know what to cheap out on so yea..help with that, but for that its a pretty epic gaming machine, you can almost max everything out with this at 1080p

4.For the Motherboard get the ASUS M5A97 for around 85$ (pretty basic)

5.As for the HDD get a Western Digital caviar blue 1TB Drive,its going to be good for around 65$ !!! Huge amazon deal (Very recommended)

6.For the Case get the Cooler Master HAF 912 for around 60$

7.And finally for the PSU get the CX600 for about 67$ even though this computer wont use that much wattage,there is place for upgrades.
