yes i still can mod, Real time edit and Real time mod. you can change values for rank and money.

The thing is, I just can't pay for any services so I'm stuck at the level and money value that I am at. Sucks that other people can have their accounts changed and I'm one of the only people that cannot pay and get it changed.
