Buying/Selling PC Game Hacks Question.

I have a quick question regarding the rule "No selling of hacks, menus, scripts, loaders or any other cheating/hacking related material (includes free offer with purchase). (Permanent Ban)" However, would such punishment occur if I were paying someone to code hacks for a dying section of MPGH "Project Blackout Hacks & Cheats - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking & Cheats - Hacks, Cheats, Downloads, Trainers, Games"

The rule was brought up to prevent people from rival websites to code for MPGH members basically, aswell as to prevent advertisements and such.
However, if you want someone to code for MPGH I suppose you'd have to discuss that with Dave. Also, would have to be a really trustworthy coder before it'd be allowed as a 'public download'.

If its being released on MPGH for free then I think it should be okay.
