What are the best enhancements for Horc Evader and Thief of Hours?

I currently have:
Horc Evader - Class (Thief)
Weapon (Thief) (Stable)
Helmet (Thief)
Cape (Luck)


Thief of Hours - Class (Thief)
Weapon (Thief) (Stable)
Helmet (Thief)
Cape (Luck)

I am thinking about changing both of them to all thief enhancements.

Does all thief enhancements for Horc Evader increase Dodge?
Does all thief enhancements for Thief of Hours increase Dodge?

For Horc Evader I recommend you this enhancement:
Class : Thief
Helm : Thief
Cape: Thief
Weapon : Luck
~ Thief is for defense and Luck on weapon for your offense. Or you can go all thief if you want like I do.

For Thief of Hours I recommend all luck for more damage or you can do this:
Class: Luck
Helm: Thief
Cape: Thief
Weapon: Luck
~ You must spam Steal Seconds to raise your dodge chance.
