    Got some ass whooping today

    Technical sparring instructor came to our club sunday and took two of us with him to spar with members of his club
    Little did I know that these guys were 25-30 years old with atleast 7 years of boxing experience each and like 5 kgs heavier than me

    First three I managed to keep up, last two gave me the worst stomach hits in my life
    Like literally


    WORST


    Imaginate getting your liver, mid-rif, and milt getting hit time after time after time after time
    These guys punched so damn accurate
    They didn't punch too hard, but they were so accurate that every punch they threw felt devastating

    I must say I kinda feel proud for not going KO but I think my stomach is going to ache really really bad tomorrow
