Well..that wouldn't be fair.
If you get banned on only one of Valve's games, you can't play on any VAC-secured server in any other Valve's game.

They ban on Engine

so banned in css is banned in tf2 etc but not in cod

Yes, MW3 uses a different engine as ghosts does, also Ghosts has no VAC.

Even if they do have a anti cheat system its not working very well (atleast on PC) i've been using the same ESP for several weeks without getting banned and i got reported several times. IW dosen't care about the PC version.
