Fixed version (lag fixes) of Hera 4.2.7a

This is a fixed version of Hera 4.2.7a that can be found on MPGH

Changes:
- Removed Entity Finder
- Changed the Chams Loop that was causing lags
- Removed Update System (Useless, wasn't working and was lagging)
