And if anyone offers you a "free" Mincon cape, they are most likely scamming you. They might say that its a generator, then it turns out to be a Keylogger/Rat.

Dude, check out MCcapes but only people with the mod can see your cape. You can make your own cape too.

No way of getting a "legit" minecon cape. Let alone for free.

You can use mods. The closest you can get to a REAL legit cape that quite a few people can see (and is suggested) is the Optifine cape.
