    can newer hardware run windows xp

    so i found a free windows xp while i was searching thru old stuff and i was planning on building a 2nd build so i was wondering if it will work then later upgrade to windows 8

    I dont see why New tech shouldnt be able to run an old OS such as XP. You will be losing out on some newer features though
