Create own mod

Hi guys,
I'm creating a small mod for our LAN Parties, what I want to do is:
Turn Intervention into 1HitSniper [done]
Display a text at the Players screen when he joins
Display a text when pressing a key
Add Anticamp (getting killed if u don't move for 7 sec or sth.)
Add a FPS Boost for better view and/or more FPS
Is it bossible to habe 4 perks activated?

Can you give me some help please? I don't want you to code this for me, I want to learn it but I can't really find easy mods where I could look in..

there are tons of mods out there you can learn from. thats what i did. all of those things are very easy to add. just look into some modded gscs. you'll find what your looking for.
