Does Nexon Restore Stripped accounts with Items that were baught?

OK.. SO if you buy a stripped account and you send a ticket.. will nexon restore the deleted items?????????? has anyone had luck with this???

An account were someone deleted all of the items leaving only default gear/guns.

For me at the moment I will get my items back onto my GOA account which was stripped clean by hackers, I put it in a ticket to restore all my gear, gp and weapons everything. All I had to do was provide the following information...
-Your account's registered email address:
-Your account ID (if applicable):
-Your full name (first and last):
-Your registered birthday as it appears on your account:
-Answer to Security Question 1 (if applicable):
-Answer to Security Question 2 (if applicable):
-List at least one game and character name on this account:
-Provide a new unique email address not associated with a Nexon account:

If you provide all that info when you put the ticket forward with all your weapons you see in your purchase reviews you will get the items back. I put in my ticket they sent me that but I hadn't seen the ticket so they closed it within 7 days and said open a new ticket and you're items will be definitely restored so I have now put in my ticket and will get my items back. So basically the method works but the account has to be yours from the start since you need to know all the info as for me I made my GOA back in 09 have all my info to recover the items. If you do not have the information in the (form) i'd suggest you contact the person you bought the account from and get the details from them to be able to recover and till then put in you're ticket now since it takes a while for them to respond.
