FFA Spawn Spots - Marien & Kharif & Soon more

Discription:

The first player spawns at number '1', next person will spawn at spot number '2', etc.
After the last spot-number has been taken, the next spawn will be at spot '1' again.

*Note: Some spots appear outside the map, but in game those coördinates were shown in the minimap (so its a bug in the game).
