    I have a Unverified PP acc with 10$ need RP

    I recently tried to buy RP to buy some skins on LoL...And then got a error that I can't buy cause I'm unverified.I don't have a CC so I can't verify,and I'm not willing to give 5$ for someone to verify it.If someone can do it free,or buy the RP for me then,I give him the PP acc with 10$ that would be sweet,I also need it ASAP cause I want the angler Jax skin,it's 50% off Don't have skype ATM,broken,can't fix it,so if you can help me,msg me
