Get a better motherboard and get Windows 7 instead, it's cheaper and better
Edvardas96 (11-30-2013)
Thanks for some replies, would this MOBO be good enough?
GIGABYTE Z87-HD3 Intel Z87 Chipset, ATX Mainboard w/ 4 RAM slots, 7.1 HD Audio, HDMI, GbLAN, USB 3.0, SATA-III, 1x Gen2 PCIe x16, 1x Gen2 PCIe x4, 2x PCIe x 1 & 2x PCI
And maybe I should get the i7 4770? Or it's not necessary?
Edvardas96 (11-30-2013)
Money is a probmem, but I think I can go with the i7 4770 and that will be my limit. Still waiting to get an answer about the motherboard, would this be good enough?

Thank you very much, didn't expect to get so much help. I'm not planning to overclock so I guess I will stick with the H81 then, and no intense editing either, getting this new PC mainly because my current one hardly runs BF4 (10~20fps minimum settings), with the new build I want to achieve at least 50fps on ultra at 1920x1080. So I guess 4670K it is. I heard that you can get much better performance on BF4 if you have 1800mhz RAM instead of the 1600 I chose, maybe I should put in the few extra quid and go for the 1800mhz 8GB?

Thank you, will stick with 1600mhz. So do you think with this build I will achieve at least 50fps on maxed out BF4?
Whats your budget? With the AMD VidCard (Stick with that vid card, its really good) I'd get a AMD CPU too because of compatibility issues. AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core is a good AMD CPU, with the money you saved on that get a Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM. STICK WITH WINDOWS 8.1 64-Bit Soon windows 7 is gonna be outdated and shitty like vista and xp (not to offend any vista and xp lovers, they are pretty good os's still.)

Heard too much negative things about AMD CPUs, don't want to go that way. And my budget is around 800 quid, pretty much can't pay more than the build I posted at the very start. I guess that'll be my Christmas present.

I'm going to throw out the fact that an AMD CPU is a lot more cost-efficient for the price range you're currently at. An 8320 is about 10% more powerful, and is only $129 at current prices. For $199 you could pick up a 9370 which pretty much demolishes a 4670 in peformance. I know Intels are usually better for rendering, but the FX series a lot better from a pure value standpoint.
