No its not. Rosewell harder to get since the 1st time it was released it was only on lootwheel. While freedom 1st release was buy 1 for 1499 ap. And like i said before freedom had lots of tiered spenders based around it. There hasnt been a rosewell set yet for 300dollars like freedom,kaylia, and christmas set yet and its only been in tiered 2 times for 100 dollars. The 1st time it was with a freedom so people could choose between a freedom or a rosewell. The second time it was during kriss death and people would of gotten the death then the rosewell. Yes it more common timed since they almost always timed in tiered spenders.

Yep that's hot it works.Also if you collect all weapons(buy 20 spins)you get a collection bonus(Flying V)

Yes, its not possible to get the same gun twice. The Next update will remove the mega capsule shop, so about 1 month

I have used every single Season 3 Mega Capsule weapon. I have done 8 spins + FAL Hot Road & FR Sumire from previous mega capsule.
I also have access to friends accounts who have done all the spins.

Spas-15 Jiao - Piece of shit. Better off buying 30 day Timed.
Saiga 12 Leo - Meh, it's alright.
Uzi Xiao Qing - It's good but like most guns, can be quite tanky.
L85A2 Antares - Stable gun & has good accuracy scoped in. Bit weak.
SV98 OMON - Same thing as Sv98 Jiao
Veresk OMON - 38 Round Veresk
MP7A1 Sumire - 48 Round MP7A1
Mosin Sumire - Skinned Mosin
M4A1 Peony - Same thing as Roswell. Prenerf
Golden FN-F2000 - Skinned FNF2000
OTs-Urushi - Really nice gun
Jormungand - Skinned ASW
AK200 OMON - Skinned AK200
Kriss Houou - Buffed Kriss Super V / Same as Kriss Death
AWM Dao - Skinned AWM
HK417 Jiao - Really tanky in my opinion
Golden AK-47 - Ak-47 Mk3 with a bayonet/knife
Firebird - My new favorite sniper. 9 rounds, four different scopes & very similar to FR. Worth it in my opinion
Flying V - Seems slower than Beretta M93Ra but has a really cool sound.
