Is there an unlock all hack for this current version of the game?

Unlock all camos, reticles, patches... everything!

No, there's only temporary address changing hacks meaning you must run the program every time, select the camo you want etc and play. Makes me wish I used 0Days trainer last patch update (I assume that 'unlock everything' button worked).

AHHH I feel so lucky! One of the trainers before the new ghost update worked to unlock everything. Luckily I used it and now everything is unlocked, except the body count of course.
